Er.S.Manikandan
Blue Arc Builders was Established in 03/06/2014 by Mr.Er.S.Manikandan.
Our founder Er.S.Manikandan completed his degree by 2012 and joined as an employee in leading construction firm in karaikudi. Which is M.R.Construction under Er.V.Muthu until 2014. There he met an collegue Er.Vinoth Sankar, Where he taught our founder all skills from planning the construction to completing the project successfully. Now our founder had on hand on experience from planning, estimation and constructing the commercial and residental building.
As an young entrepreneur like everyone he didn’t have any projects in hand. Beloved Mrs.Er.Vanmathi (A.E) Teacher for our Er.S.Manikandan the brave lady had a confident on young entrepreneur Mr.S.Manikandan and gave his first project. With a hand on experience that our engineer has completed his project with time schedule and budget based. Through word of mouth, he got another two projects by completing his first project successfully.
Then he completed three projects successfuly and opened a new office at kalanivasal on 02/02/2015. Our founder got an opportunity on jan 2015, where he started 8 projects on single vasthu date and therefore a proper buisnessmen is emerged. Our founder Er.S.Manikandan is doing 8 to 15 projects per year from 2015 to till now.
Now at present, our founder Er.S.Manikandan is going to start an project for Beloved Er.S.Vanmathi sister house in 2024.
